Our Santa Barbara
residence needed much reconstruction after twenty years of being rented.
The decks were
reconstructed to remove fencing and then replaced with a very clear glass.The
smaller summer deck has spaces throughout the glass to support the breezes.

The other fencing
was replaced with a single piece 20 feet long for a clean appearance and
views. |
